Additional Photos from our luncheon honoring Richard Chamberlain

Hollywood Media Professionals celebrity luncheon honoree, Rickard Chamberlain, is pictured with his long-time friend and HMP member, Karen Cadle. The post-luncheon program featured Karen interviewing Richard and taking questions from those in the audience. He related the fascinating background to him being cast as "Dr.Kildare," his first starring and very successful role.(Roxanne Schorbach photo)

A near-capacity crowd filled the ballroom of the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys, the new home of HMP celebrity luncheons. Instead of the usual head table with dais members and lecturn, the far end of the room was configured to an informal conversational setting for the program. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)

Two of HMP's best-known members, Don Graham and Past President Chuck Street, were having a good time before the Richard Chamberlain luncheon. Don is seen at each luncheon taking pictures of attendees. Chuck now serves as HMP's Diamond Circle Chair and audio historian. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)

Another long-time PPB/HMP member, Art Alisi, was spotted at his table enjoying the company of "The Young and the Restless" actress Patty Weaver, left. board member Randy West, center, and Melenda Wishon. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)

Board Chair and Entertainment Chair, Jeanne DeVivier Brown, attends every celebrity luncheon. She is a charter member of Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters, of which Hollywood Media Professionals is now a division. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)

Among the celebrities attending the November 15th luncheon honoring Richard Chamberlain was Stephanie Powers, left, with friend Ellen O'Donnel. Stephanie is remembered for her role as Jennifer Hart in the TV series "Hart to Hart," with Robert Wagner, which aired for five seasons from 1979 to 1984. Powers and Wagner later reunited for eight "Hart to Hart" TV movies in the 1990s. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)

HMP Executive Vice President, Ron Alexenburg, greets Dawn Wells, a beauty queen who became known for her role as Mary Ann Summers on the CBS sitcom "Gilligan's Island." She and Tina Louise are the last surviving regular cast members from that series. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)

During the post-luncheon interview/conversation between Richard Chamberlain and Karen Cadle, Richard, an accomplished singer as well as actor, delighted the audience by singing a song to HMP Senior Vice President Bianca Pino. He has appeared on Broadway as leading man in several hit musicals. (Roxanne Schorbach photo)
